So I'm here looking at upgrading to an athlon 64 939 pin and new mobo..

I have a matched pair of Corsair TwinX Pc3200 512mb sticks... Will PC3200 work with an athlon 64? I dont understand how the new bus and multiplier work on those things... and the HTT.... im so confused on all that... HELP!

Yes. In fact, buying expensive RAM for Athlon 64 setups is (IMHO) a waste.

Generic PC3200 modules will do just fine. May not give you as tight of timings, but they'll work fine. With A64 clock speed is king. So go for a higher CPU clock and don't be too concerned about your RAM timings or having to use a divider (if necessary to reach a higher FSB).
