explain this issue I'm having with the web

I'm working on a web site, my pc at work can't access the main page, I get a page not found and it's redirecting me to yahoo. But if i go to the /administrator the Joomla control panel comes up. I Teamview'ed to my home pc and it's coming up fine. I've seen DNS issues where a domain won't resolve due to issues on the ISP's end, but not being able to access the index and being able to log on the backend normally is really puzzling me.

Any ideas? It's been like this all day. I tried a DNS cache flush and it didn't help.

What happens if you access the IP address?

Hummm, when I try to access the IP I get an error error id: "bad_httpd_conf" looks like this is something with Dreamhost, thing is I can still access the page from my house and anything outside of the root can be accessed @ my work.

ARGH oh well.

I thought that too, so I tried it on my phone, which directed me to godaddy and is saying my domain's parked. WTH, I've never seen problems like this before. I don't know who to blame but it seems either godaddy or dreamhost.

Smart of you to have tried that! This....is DISGUSTING. Can you report this issue to godaddy?
