Its £70 which works out at around $130-140 This thing has 32mb of memory and im pretty sure i have the millenium G400 which somone gave me free and it struggles with starcraft. Why the hells it so expensive?? Its crap. I dont get it, what am i missing here??

Matrox is alive only because they don't have a lot of employees and sell somewhat niche products these days so they can charge relatively large amounts even though the comparable performance is pretty low. They certainly aren't making cash on sales volume.

It's too bad, they were an awesome company for enthusiasts at one time. It'd be quite a shakeup if they suddenly came out with a new architecture that could compete with ATI and nvidia. Like Parhelia, but actually good in the real world.
