"Explain a Concept" I need a topic!

I have a paper due and can't come up with a topic I like enough to write about. I have to "explain a concept." You know, I used to hate it when instructors would GIVE you the topic to write about...Now I'd sell my first born if it would guarantee I'm never given an open topic paper again...

No naughty stuff, I want to stay in school...
