Its a listserv. You should be banned for either getting other people to spam your university, or stealing everyone's email addresses. :frown:

Will this go out to everyone? I say they are dumb because some lady sent an email asking to unsubscribe and it seems it went out to everyone and gave us all the university's mailing list. Would explain why I get so much spam

It could be set to only post by members. Then you'd need to falsify the headers.

I found a link in the mistake email I got. it says:

To post a message to all the list members, send email to xxx.

hmm. experiment not necessary. although I have not got an email from anyone here, enjoy your 20,000+ audience 😛
