Other than refurb'd items, I've never gotten anything that was previously used from them. Have been doing business with newegg for 3 years now.

I agree, and so do the vast majority of people who buy the types of products they carry, according to resellerratings.com:

And that's with over 5,000 reviews posted. Wow.

ive ordered from them liek 100 times. ive built about 6 comps with parts from there. there service is great. shipping is excellent. most is free or reasonablypriced. its fast also. gets to me in PA or NY from cali in 3 days there RMA is unmatched
 
I also like newegg, but like others, good deals from mwave and zipzoomfly will win out...

as a side note, zipzoomfly is a stupid name, I just feel the need to say that a lot
