There are quite a few out there and residential vs commercial plays a heavy role, but it seems Softplan, Cheif Architect, Revit, and Solid Builder are some of the biggest.

Which do you use? What were the Pros and Cons?

I'm thinking of using it for residential design, none of them really seem to be as refined as 3DS MAX.
