did you get one of those 'blended' combo mortgages?
I could have a situation where i cannot easily just 'borrow' 10k from a family member to give to the back and get under jumbo mortgage rates... so anyone had such a situation and still was able to dodge these nasty jumbo rates?
I'd save about 100bucks a month in mortgage interests if I can avoid jumbo totally.
