Just stop at a Korean store. You should be able to find more than 15 kinds of bowl Ramens.

Does this Nong Shim stuff also have tons of sodium, etc.?

Oh hell yes. Like a gram.

LOL You crack me up.

I missed the joke, but yeah these puppies usually have over 1 gram of sodium. Just put half the packet... It still is pretty good!

Shin has 1050mg fwiw.

Are you accounting for the number of servings per packet?

True. I'm looking at a Nong Shim Spicy Chicken noodle bowl I have: it's 1275mg, and that's for one serving (2 per bowl). So it's 2550mg for the whole thing. The flavor is really good though.

Just drink more water to balance the salt content, it's what I do. ;)

I have a little asian market right down the street from my house. I stopped in there once but it kind of sucks when you can't read any of the packaging for the food. How about I sneak a picture of the noodle section and you guys tell me what to buy? ;)

I don't know what it's called but I buy the kind that has to be refrigerated. Those puppies go for $4 for 3 packs. They're worth every penny, though.... It also says that that it's low in fat compared to the other stuff(5% of the daily intake or something... I dunno), so I like that too. I've seen inaccurate nutritional data on asian foods before, so I take it with a grain of salt. However I'm not gaining weight and it tastes really good, so I keep eating it.
