Expected retail release date for GeForce 7800?

Im not sure if there are going to be the same issues with availability with the r420 and nv40, but i honestly dont expect the g70 or r520 to be readily available until late summer. But thats just pure speculation based on history.

I'd hope they wouldn't but I'd be shocked if they didn't. It worked out WONDERFULLY for NVIDIA. They created an artificial shortage and in so doing were able to sell said card above retail for ~10 months. Surely their cardmaker / retail customers LOVED that.

I am well aware of that, thank you. Please reread. I said that NVIDIA's customers (you are not one of nividia's customers, leadtek is, and in turn best buy is their customer. I'm sure both leadtek and BBY were happy with nvidia for the situation.
