What kind of over clock can I expect from an 800 MHZ PIII FC-PGA?

How bout a 900MHZ t-bird with only FSB manipulations?
 
The 800mhz PIII will probably hit 933 maybe 966 or 1ghz. I'm not sure and it depends on the amount of your cooling.

If you have a KT7 you might get a 900mhz T-bird to 1ghz.

Originally I was just going to get a t-bird, because of price/performance, but now that the pIII 800 is so affordable, It leaves me a little torn(I've found it to be 30 to 50 dollars cheeper). I know I'm talking about a performace difference of just a couple %(if that), but which would you choose?
