I have 2 Sata drive setup as raid 0 before, and now I have another set of PC and i want put these 2 sata drives into my new PC. the problem is i also get rid of the old pc, and i can't image the hdd now.

is it possible not to delete the array and build a new one? coz i want the data back.

Not unless the other mobo has the same exact chip - and you would be pushing it some anyway.

Yes, if the RAID controller is the same chip, you're probably in luck. Othewise, probably not.

You might be able to get a SATA RAID card with the same SATA chipset as on your old mobo. That might work. Luckily most of them are cheap.

the 2 sata raid 0 was connected to Promise FastTrak TX2Plus. and now even i plug this card to the new PC, I can only see that's an array in the boot up, and the actual hdd isn't seen in windows.

any ideo?

Try swaping the connections. I wouldn't be surprised if a drive's position in the array is a factor.

Yes, be sure the drives are connected to the same channels as they were.
