Exhaust dimensions

I have a 92 Chevy 1500c Silverado; 8Cyl 5.7L p/u truck. and i need help finding the dimensions to the stock exhaust, for putting new custom exhaust. Is there a certian way to measure the actual heads, or the bends to custom make it? I am planning to custom bend it with my dads pipe bender, but the dimensions are stumping me to an extent. Anyone know where i should look to find the size?

Measure the existing?

i thought of that. but here is the thing. my dad owns a towing and repair business. so most of the time he has free will be with me custom making it. not taking it off and measuring the exhaust size. so to cut the in between time and to save me taking time to use his lift. to save time using his stuff, and possibly making business slower. i thought it would be easier to try to find the stock exhaust size. but i am having a hard time doing so. thanks for the comment though

I don't understand the difficulty in finding the diameter of an exhaust pipe.

But then maybe you want the layout of the whole exhaust system. That, I don't think you'll find.

Custom bending an exhaust system is time consuming.
