Exhaust and basic HVAC question

The exhaust from my computer heats up my bedroom significantly. I am hoping I can cut a hole in the wall to the outside, and duct the exhaust fans directly to the outside of my house. Will this work? Will the fans in the back of my PC be sufficient to push the air through a duct (say 3" duct about 3 feet long) to the outside? What if it's extremely hot outside does this cause a backflow?

Yeah it will help, but a more ideal solution would be to install an extractor fan, used in bathrooms/ shower rooms etc. This would really suck out the hot air from your case. Make sure you install a grill on the exterior so that dust etc doesn't blow back in when the extractor fan is off.
