Yes 210lbs. I now weigh a comfortable 235lbs and feel wonderful. 2 years of hard dedication have paid off. I now do not have to work as hard to maintain it.

I also agree that mixing up weights and sets are important but not at first. Changing and mixing up do wonders after a routine is established. So every month change it up. Also I recommend on, say Friday (before the weekend and rest) that you do above your weight triad. This will shock the muscles enough but not hurt them. Shocking muscles out of their routine helps define and build more muscle.

If anybody's stuck, they need to change something. There are a few places in this thread where manipulations are mentioned. Listen to your body, because even the best books and guides are still generalized for the population-not written for you individually.
