what's a good exercise to get rid of the saddle backs on my inner theighs??
my theighs are really fat.

My girlfriend says put a tennis ball between your legs and squeeze. I believe her 'cause...well, never mind why I believe her. She has strong thighs.

um...i know a good way to stretch out the inner thigh...but i don't know about building muscle definition there. To stretch it out, do those side lunge things...they can make the inner thigh burn pretty good. Other than that, if you are just looking to trim down fat on your thighs then a lot of things would work like jogging, leg presses, squatting, etc...

What about those exercise machines that resemble the stirrups from a gynocologist's office... wouldn't those help the inner thigh?

oh yeah, those things would help the inner thigh. I forgot about those. Everyime I'm in the gym and see a girl using those, I can't help but laugh. But anyways, for this guy's sake, it doesn't sound like muscle buildup is what he needs. I still think jogging is the best

I always see chicks doin that thigh machine where they spread their legs and unspread them...I swear they get orgasms on that thing cuase i don't ever see dudes doin it...and its always hot girls doin it...either that or they're preparin for later

Oh yeah, the other thing that works is if you install a pole in your house...yeah, we installed a stripper pole for parties at our house...if you hold onto it and try to hang horizontally...it takes a bit of inner thigh and arm strength to hold yourself there

Heh, I had one such girl sitting across from me one day with daisy duke shorts, and no panties.:Q To top it off she had this cute little grunt everytime she spread her legs. Soon she was giving a show for me and about 4 or 5 other guys. She was really getting off on all the attention too, until another girl came by and told her she was giving the gym a free show. Boy did she high tail it out of there after that. I did too because I was in no condition to workout after that.;)

To answer the question, to build your adductors, you want to use the cable hip adduction machine, or the seated or standing hip adduction machine. These will build muscle, but you will still have the fat unless you diet.
