Exchange Trouble

Hey all,
First off to the mods, if this should be in the OS section (don't know why, but who knows), please move it; won't hurt my feelings.

Second, down to bidness:

My company's Exchange server won't send e-mail to many a domain right now, and I have no idea why. E-mails to any RoadRunner domain (*.rr.com), Aol.com, netscape.com, among others just sit in a queue and won't go anywhere (but for some reason Gmail goes through).
The common error we get is along these lines (yes I've edited out the juicy parts):

Another odd thing - the 'postmaster' account is coming from our old domain name (blahstuffinc.com). Our newer one is blahstu.com; been using it for a couple years now too.
Issue is my new network admin has prior engagements to settle this week so I get to figure this out. I e-mailed my old admin and he's stumped too.
From what Iv'e read it could be a problem with DNS, but that's a bit over my head.

Any help would be greatly and eternally appreciated!

TIA!

Aren't those all owned by Time Warner? Could be issues on their end.

I thought about that, but I'm seeing that there's also NetZero, Juno, and a couple others that aren't going through properly. Maybe they are all Time Warner, because yahoo.com and other 'direct' domains (like 'bank of america') appear to have connected properly too.

I believe Juno and TW have some sort of agreement, and I thought NetZero bought Juno.

I think they are all related.
