Exchange public calendar

In Outlook 2007, I'm trying to add the public calendar to my favorites so that when I click on Calendar, it shows my personal calendar and the public calendar side by side (or in Overlay mode).

I have:

1. In Folder list, right click the calendar, add to favorites, clicked options and checked both options.

2. In Shortcut list, Add new Shortcut, clicked the public calendar. This has added the public calendar to the shortcuts list but does not show up when I click the main calendar button.

Help!
