Exchange\Outlook problem

Two users (OL 2003 cleint & Exchange 2000) Who send out mass emails on a weekly basis. Ever since Monday they get errors when they try to send out to many (100+ & up to 2500 recieptents). If they send the exact email to say 20 users they're fine. When they send to the masses, 1 user gets the error "Operation Failed" the other user gets the error "the messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persist, restart outlook."

The exchange server is set to send to unlimited number of recieptients & unlimited size.

Any Ideas why this may be happening??

Everything I am finding seems to be pointing to reinstalling/repatching Outlook.

Thanks. Yeah I saw those KB articles and they didn't seem too revelant. I did try a reinstall of the profile and the APP and didn't work
