Exchange Message Tracking - Multiple Recipients?

I'm trying to use the Message Tracking tool in Exchange 2007 to track emails from one sender to 4 recipients. I can't seem to get it to run with more than one recipient, so I'm wondering if it's even possible and what the syntax would be.
