Exchange 5.5 - Recurring emails!

Our mail system is having serious issues, and we can't pinpoint the problem. Various users within the network are beginning to receive hundreds of duplicates of the same email, from an outside source. We know it's not the fault of the outside mail servers because they're all different companies. It has to be our exchange system.

Any other administrators have this sort of problem?
