Exchange 5.5 Link monitor question

Im trying to figure out what this link monitor is monitoring... The guy (he left) i used to work with set this up and as you would know it the server crashed and i got it up and running again however the link monitor still has a red down arrow associated with the server that crashed.

i can email a print screen if that would help you help me.
