On my 2007 Exchange server I have two mailbox rooms created for meeting rooms. Both rooms appear to be configured properly, and the following command -
get-mailboxcalendarsettings -identity XXXXX | fl
Allowconflicts is FALSE.
However, if you schedule a meeting and invite the room it will auto-accept, and instead of showing "Busy" like it should in the scheduling assistant, it's showing "Tentative", and additionally allowing more than one person to book it's block during this time which it should NOT do.
I'm going out on a limb and assuming that the "Tentative" is the reason it's allowing multiple users to book the time, but this only began happening with the most recent rollup and I haven't been able to find a solution to this with the usual channels of troubleshooting.
Anyone else experiencing this?
