Exchange 2003 issue

We have an Exchange 2003 server that has been working fine until last week. I have been getting some calls that some users are not able to send email externally. They are getting undeliverable errors. I have looked through the Exchange servers event logs, and nothing pops out at me. I am really not familliar enough with Exchange to go much further, where do I look from here?
