Exchange 2003 forgotten password (not mine!)

One of our employees here changed their password this month and forgot what they changed it to. I can go in and que it to change the next time they log in but of course without the current password they can't log in. Our lead IT guy has been able to reset it to a specific password in the past but I don't know how to do so and he's out, anyone know the trick?

PS, I searched and did not find an answer to this, I apologize in advance because I'm sure this has been asked before...

Yeah, I knew it was in AD but I forgot where, I was going into the user's profile instead of just right clicking on it, I knew I was forgetting something...

If you have access to do this, but don't know how, that would scare me very much if I was the lead IT guy.

I would agree, for you to have admin access but not know how to reset passwords, that's bad.
