I have been asked to investigate a few emails from one of our users. Now I see a few emails in the message tracking center but is there a way to view the contents of the email? Not a big exchange guru so any help would be great.

one thing that works well, enable outlook webaccess, login using administrator and do like /exchange/useraccount

as in by default /exchange/ in outlook webaccess means that you login to your own account, change it to /exchange/john then you see johns email
