Exchange 2000 & Outlook XP question

ok, i just setup exchange 2000 and i'm running winxp pro. machines.

i want to be able to share the inbox folder, meaning i want to be able
to read the same emails on every computer.

meaning anyone can check for mail, any workstation, but all
the messages would go to a public inbox that everyone can see

ex: 3 computers
computer #1 checks mail; computer 2 & 3 should be able to read all the messages
that computer #1 just download; and vice versa with each computer.

sorry for the over explanation, just trying to get the point across.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

thank you

create a public inbox, use exchange system manager enable it for email first, than give it a email address and any machine that opens the public folder can read the mail..
