Since when is gluten bad for you?

If you have Celiac disease, it's about like lactose for lactose intolerant people.

Otherwise, no, it doesn't do anything. Especially not the myriad of random things people claim.

It makes the people who actually have Celiac have to put up with the assumption that they're morons like the people who are trendy gluten avoiders.
