i've had upper back pain for the past 15 years. it's right between the should blades. nothing i've tried relies it. i've tried chiropractors, stretching, physical therapy, etc.
so i figure i'd try the gym. the people at the gym suggested the rowing machine or the lat pulldown for upper back. but i dont feel anything between the shoulder blades.
anybody got any other ideas on how to workout the muscles between the shoulder blades?
