When you slam something that a lot of people like for invalid reasons, they tend to do that.

The plot is a lazy guy has to deliver a package and can't figure out where to deliver it, and due to his lack of attention to detail he unwittingly destroys an entire civilization.

The coherence is every tiny action the delivery man takes wrecks devastating havoc on the planet's citizens, but despite all of the fumbling, the recipient ends up receiving the package in the end.

We can make a presentation with charts if you'd like further explanation.
