I don't know the answer but here are some keywords you can google to see if they're related to what you're trying to do:
VLOOKUP
HLOOKUP
pivot table
autofilter

I'm thinking of something like what cronos wrote

It contains personal data so I can't send it to you. Even then, I rather learn how to do this myself! But I thank your offer.

When you're actively allowing TridenT to get away with pawning off his work on you, you MIGHT have a slight Excel addiction. You should get that looked at. ;)

I was trying to create a reason to stop doing other work. :p

There's no easy answer just FYI. You can send a very small example with no personal data and then adapt the solution to the real spreadsheet.

Ohh... ohh... can I hijack this thread with my own Excel problem?

I do a ton of analysis with PivotTables and one of the main formats I use to display data is row percentages with the grand total being a number instead of percentage (pivot table default). How can I make this happen without any extra work?

Like this sample:

Is it really necessary to have the three differently sorts on individual worksheets? You can easily create (record) macros for each of the different sorts and then tie the macros to key combinations, allowing you to switch between them almost instantly.

The bigger challenge may be learning to use dynamic ranges so that you can easily add data without having to redo the ranges in your macros. You should be able to Google that, though.
