I use MS Excel 2016 only in extreme cases. And some days ago, I opened my .xlsx document and I saw - Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. I don’t know any thing what to do and how to recover Excel file.
 
Keep backups of Office files. They corrupt easily for some reason. My work uses Access 2016 for their databases, and they need to be backed up twice a day to avoid data loss. They corrupt once or twice a month.
