Excel Problem Plz help

Bottom left is grayed out. I need to use Textbox; how do I activate it? Thanks guys.

no idea...i'm using excel xp, and i can create a textbox first thing after creating a new document....

Try clicking in a cell? I don't see a cell selected, although it's odd that you should have to.

yea...when i open a new document it's fine. But this file won't let me 🙁

ctrl + a, ctrl + c, switch to new document, ctrl + v
