Excel percentage problem

Hi all,

Been a while since I posted.

I'm working in Excel 2002. I'm constructing a stacked column chart (vertical bar graph) and I can select to show values in the data labels tab but _not_ percentages. The percentages box is greyed out... does anyone know why?

That box only applies to Pie and Donut charts. (right click on the field and choose "What's This?"

You should reformat your backup data into percentages and then graph that.
