Excel opens duplicate file copy

Could anyone tell me why a particular Excel file opens two duplicate workbooks when I open the file?
 
I had that for a while too. I didn't know what to do, so I reinstalled win2k. Well, not for that reason. It happeened in all my M$ apps. Try reinstalling it, via the reinstall button when you put the CD in and run setup.
 
there was a virus awhile back that would open multiple copies of any excel file you opened. don't recall the name.
