in an excel document i use the first two rows as column headers. unfortunately when scrolling down the top rows disappear to make room for bottom rows, hiding column headers. i've seen excel document with frames so to speak. the top few rows are locked, and are unaffected my scrolling.

EX: after locking the first 2 rows, scrolling down to row 100 would show rows 1&2, 100-130 instead of rows 98-130. how do i do the same.

Select the row right below where you want the "header". In this case it will be row 3. Go to the Window menu and select "Freeze Panes".

EDIT: Damn, too slow. :p
