I have 64 basketball teams listed in 64 rows. Beside each team, I have a person's name.

I want to make a new table where the person's name is at the top, with their teams listed below them. (8 rows wide for 8 names)

Is there a way to do that automatically?
 
Easiest way would be to put a filter on the column with the names, select one name at a time, and copy-paste them - might take a minute or so to do
