Excel Experts! I need help

Ok, I'm doing a balance statement, but the numbers aren't coming out right.

Basically (with a few exceptions) all aspects should increase by 21% from 1991 to 1992. So, Cash SHOULD rise from $205,100 to 248,171 (205,100*1.21). However, when I have excel do it, it comes up with 247,829.

This is what i have in the cells:
B11=21%
F15=205,100 (1991)
G15= ? (1992) (comes out 248,829, should be 247,171)
In G15, I put: =F15*(1+B11), but it doesn't come up right.

Sorry if thats vague...
Am I doing something wrong?

Is the 21% entered in B11 computed from other cells, or did you enter the "21%" directly? If it's computed, maybe it's being rounded for display purposes and isn't EXACTLY 21%.

Yeah, the 21% is computed from other cells. I was thinking that.

Anyways, I just manually entered .21, but I wondered what really went wrong.
