i have office 2000 premium on a windows 2003 server. when i click on the excel icon, i get an application error:

click on OK to terminate the program
click on cancel to debug the program
when i click on cancel to debug, it just closes.
i tried uninstalling the suite and reinstalling, but no dice. all the other apps work perfectly.
