I purchased a power supply from Excaliberpc.com. Everything went well and I received the power supply in the stated amount of time and in great condition. The day I received it I decided that I wanted the better model also listed on their website. I went ahead and ordered that one and notified Excaliber that I wanted an RMA authorization for the original power supply. They emailed back in a timely manner with the RMA # and the 15% re-stocking fee notice. This is what the website states:
