she should be forced to post a picture on 4chan and read all of the replies, just once. then she will see that the comment on youtube was really not that bad.

and maybe grow some thicker skin. or whatever. probably not. she'd probably try to sue anonymous.

If I go to her face and call her a whore can I be charged with anything? If not, the user should be free to do it online too.

Now if its him posting whore or derogatory comments on all her videos and emailing her and calling her etc... then maybe I would agree it could be considered "bullying"
 
Censorship is already rampant on YouTube. The last thing we need is someone suing them because they feel offended by some no-name stranger's comments.

Not everyone is graced with common sense, even though they can pass the classes necessary to earn a degree.
