what kind of gun did you get and where were you when you "showed" the gun to her? Did you actually point it at her or did you just brandish it?

My ex has started to show up after working pretending that she did not plan it and had a bat with her (I had no clue what she was going to do with it). This time I said if you don?t stop this I will shoot I showed her the gun I got because of her and her brother. She screamed an cops were called after hearing my story cops said I was justified for showing off my firearm and she is in jail again for breaking restraining order.

Isn't brandishing a weapon illegal? The cops wouldn't just let you get away with showing off a pistol.

With the last update I'm firmly planted with the Shens group. I'm sure the store is somewhat true, just not to the extent he's telling it on ATOT.

Yes, I think it is illegal and is ground to revoke the permit (if he has one). That is, unless they were at his home (he got home after work) and perhaps she had broken into his home or something.
 
well I think the fact that she had a baseball bat and a restraining order against her would justify brandishing a weapon.

It depends on what really happened. If this psycho bitch showed up on his door step brandishing a bat and screaming at him, he would have every right to pull out his gun and prepare to defend himself. Besides, we already know that she's deadly with a bat.... That, poor, poor router has already been claimed as a victim from her rage 🙁
