He put her name in the f__king billboard you idiot. You keep trying to spin this as some wild hypothetical, its not. Read his tweets as well. He names her there and even on his facebook page.

"National Association of Needed Information"

Guess what her first name is.
How many Nanis live in new Mexico? He doesn't mention a last name, and it's not explicit that the initials were the woman's name; I certainly would never have made that connection without someone pointing out that Nani is the woman's name. Yes, it's clear that he was trying to identify her, but he did it in a way that is vague enough to not single out a specific person unless you already know who she is. It's never going to pass the standard for identifying a specific person, and that pretty much destroys a libel claim.

Interesting how the woman kills their child without the fathers consent, the father speaks out about it and everyone views the father as the asshole in the situation.

Father aired his dirty laundry on a billboard campaign. That's why he's an asshole.

And she didn't kill a child. Child = gave birth to. She MAY HAVE aborted a few cells growing in her body. She didn't do anything illegal...like kill a child as you say.

Interesting that you take the father's claim as true; the woman claims she had a miscarriage. Without knowing who is telling the truth, you're willing to brand her a murderer. Doesn't make much sense...

Facepalm.

Type in google/bing National Association of Needed Information. Take a guess what, he says her full name. Its a fake group he made up.

This issue of father's rights here has me torn...

On the one hand, it's the woman's body, and she is carrying the baby. If men could carry babies then I guess it would give them more rights. : /

I feel for a man who doesn't want the child aborted. He really is suffering a loss, like a miscarriage is a loss.

I don't see a viable solution to father's rights in regards to this issue though. I don't know that here ever will be.

This guy is psychotic and needs to be locked up in jail immediately.

Anyone thinking this psychotic asshole is championing father's rights needs to read the tweets on that link.
Oh.... yikes... 😱

all it says is ex-gf. there's no way to prove it was the woman who took offense.

Keep up.

"National Association of Needed Information" is her name (look at the Cap letters)

Or just type "National Association of Needed Information" into google and the first link is to facebook where her full name is given.

If that were the case, he could clearly face libel charges for the website/facebook page, but not for the billboard. Still, when I Google that, I find a Facebook page that used to be the National Association of Needed Information, and has been rebranded as the Coalition About Needed Information, with no reference to her specifically. The Google cache for that Facebook page has the references to Nani, but none identifying the woman by her full name. So I don't know where you're looking.... I'm not finding it.

This. After reading a little deeper it's fairly obviously he's, unfortunately, using the guise of championing father's rights to take revenge on his ex-girlfriend.

The guy refers to his gf as Nani repeatedly on FB/twitter

Oh, he's suffering more than a loss. He's suffering from extreme mental illness.

This guy is a complete nutball. I can't blame the woman for wanting to sever all ties to this fucking lunatic quite frankly...including his spawn.

Its the smae page and her name is still on the front page. This is a copy paste, no change by me, from the facebook page.

Coalition About Needed Information
There was a court hearing held recently that was a travesty of the American Justice system but it is being appealed and with appeals comes additional legal fees They are forcing the billboard that in it's altered state is nothing but free speech (IMO it was free speech unaltered) if you wish to help with legal fees please contact me directly. Thank you.

Heres what he says about the name change...

"Formerly Known as the National Association of Needed Information. The name was changed because it was too distracting and the original goal and mission of the organization was being lost. New name but Same Mission and Goal!?

Yeh, I caught that part now.

But, I guess I was talking about guys in general in that situation, and not a loonie tune like this guy.

Was her name on the sign? From what it says in the OP it appears not to be so free speech issues aside how would anyone other than people that knew them as a couple know who it was referring to?

But it's the people that know you that you don't want to see this. Can the guy make the case that it's about another woman he was sleeping with?

Her full name was used in reference to the lawsuit that she brought against him. That's public record; it can't be used as a claim for libel. But if you read the ruling, the court case wasn't even about libel; it was that "the billboard and Internet data constitutes harassment, stalking and severe emotional distress." That's a completely different can of worms.

For what it's worth, I think the guy is a miserable excuse for a human being, and if there is some law related to harrassment that they can nail him on, I think it would be a good thing. Defense of hateful speech is one thing, but targeting one specific individual is despicable.

if her name was on the billboard, it's a violation of privacy and it's not right.
If there was no name, it doesn't matter, he has the right to write anything that is not defamatory...

Since no-one has posted it in the thread.

HIPPA requires distinct identifying information. However a Judge might call his picture and inference that she was the girlfriend "distinct" enough. Then again he could plead that lack of reference and that the time frame was a "random number."

He wouldn't be subject to HIPPA anyway would he?

I don't think HIPPA rules apply to every person on the planet, just those covered under the law.

Whoa, with all that other information (assuming it is true), that dude is a royal DICK.

He impregnates a 17 year old disabled girl 15 years younger than him, who then miscarries, and he posts her name in an acronym on a billboard with a blatant lie? Geez what a loser piece of shit.
