My exwife used to do that to herself every morning before she left the house.

What? she put on makeup and photoshopped herself every morning?

Anyway, I just watched it from what I think is the original site here. Once you finish it, there is a box that you can rollover the pic and see the original pic compared to the final one.

This has been reposted many times, but what you saw is how those things are produced.

What's funny is in a recent campaign we launched for a client where the models we used weren't glammed up, I've seen posts here and elsewhere ripping on them for not being hot. It's a pretty sad statement on our standard of 'beauty' as a society.

Hmmm...I still don't get what people are trying to say by this... photoshop is neat?

Sure you can make anyone pretty with makeup/hair and some photoshop loving...but that doesn't take away from the fact that some woman are beautiful and some are not.

If it bothers you so much that they do this to celebrities and not you...learn photoshop and do it to your own pictures...they you can shove it in peoples faces if it makes you feel better.

If you're bitter and want to prove that all the people on magazine covers are fake...well you're just bitter. I don't get all upset because I don't have the perfect body of the guy on the front of the Men's Health magazine...

I think they're trying to say our perception of beauty is completely fake. The beauty we think of is completely unattainable for the vast majority of people even models.
