This is hilarious, I'm still laughing over the fact that a High school programmer can accomplish in two lines almost exactly what the "master programmer" did in what must have been near 100.

I'd guess that the more advanced programmers were looking for job security.

The sad part is that job security should be based on the speed and quality of the code you can produce, not how hard it is for someone else to maintain :(
