There was never a Huge coordination between manufactures, providers, programs coders, and. Users knowledge..

Now, it is much worse.

I practically learned how to use different Browsers when logging to variety of places to make sure that I avoid these issues too often. (Chrome for this aspect is most sensitive/inflexible).
