Go for XFX cause its made in Hong Kong, gotta support my fellow chinamen :D

actually, i dont't really know which is better. evga seems to be a lot more popular, but they might've been around longer and they both get very good reviews on their cards.

Hrmm i perfer eVGA, read alot of good things about the card. In addition its one of the cheaper nivida cards on the market. I have read of no complliants about the cards but if you are goign with the 6800 series just make sure you give the video cards its own power line from the psu. People have been having problems with their 6800GT's where they are using a power lines splitter to power their 6800GT's which causes problems if you do.

With a quick look at your specs, (if you are using that system for gaming) i dont think you have a fast enough system to run the lastest generation of cards. I really think that your cpu will be a bottleneck and 256MB wont really cut it if you are looking to game with games like hl2 comming out. You might want to look towards a 9800pro an extrmeley good card and really cheap. It really close to the performance of the 6600 series and x600 seriers cards out there. Plus you can get teh cards for like $150. Saving you some money to upgrade your system when it comes time to.

Hahaha, dont worry noobBoob, im building a whole new computer, boy a 6800 on a P3 would be quite the bottleneck.

Mine's at spec. (350/1000)

Came with 3 full games as well, although I haven't even loaded them as they are not my style.

I would go eVGA..

Besides great customer service, you can use the eVGA step up program to upgrade your video card. Read the details at the website :)

I have a eVGA 6800 U and it kicks ass, especially since I installed the copper heatsink :)

My XFX came at spec too, but it's now running 415/1150. It's bone stock, they didn't even bother using a different sticker on the cooler, it's still Nalu :)

just remember if you have to RMA the eVGA you pay the shipping on the card both ways as they charge 11.99 to ship the card back like they did me and mine was bad right out of the box. I got the charge remover after a bit of a heated phonecall as I was told I did not buy the card from there web site so they were not responsable for the shipping even though it was there card that was shipped out defective. I could not go back to the vendor as they did not have any more and doutfull they would get more in. It was a 6800 Limited Edition with litle white boxes all over the screen in 3D applications Go figure?
