evga step-up question

Say I buy a card for $100 that has a $20 rebate and use the $15 off $30 paypal, so I end up paying $65. When I do the trade I will get $100 back for the card correct? Also the prices on evga's website for cards seem high. So is it really better to do the step-up program or just sale your card and buy the new card somewhere else like newegg?

If you read the fine print, you will see that they will take any rebates into account.

Even the paypal rebate? They don't pay that paypal does right?
