Say I buy a card for $100 that has a $20 rebate and use the $15 off $30 paypal, so I end up paying $65. When I do the trade I will get $100 back for the card correct? Also the prices on evga's website for cards seem high. So is it really better to do the step-up program or just sale your card and buy the new card somewhere else like newegg?
