EVGA Step Up Process / Differences Between 7900GTs?

Hi,
I was wondering if I am to send in my video card first (a 7800GT) and then they send me the replacement (7900GT) once they receive it or if they will send the card to me first so I don't have down time.
Since I have to send the box and everything, can I just send that or do I need to have it inside another box for shipping? It would obviously be easier to just tape up the OEM box and slap a label on it, but I am not sure if they allow that (since they will resell the card).
Also, are all three cards (7900GT, CO, CO Superclocked) the same except for the heatsink/fan and the actual clocks? I currently have a VF700 so I can OC manually and have good cooling anyway.
Thanks,
Mike

You could check the evga website and other posts on this forum and find all the answers.

Anyway, you need to send the 7800 first, you can't put a label on the box, and the difference between GT, GT CO, GT Superclocked is the heatsink and actual clocks (That's all that differs in different versions anyway, right).

Thanks. Sounds like the standard 7900GT is the way to go then since I will put on my VF700. Where would I get more thermal tape for the heatsinks? Any hardware store? I guess I probably need to buy some arctic silver or something to replace the old stuff, huh?
